June Council Meeting

The June Borough Council Meeting has been rescheduled. The Meeting will be held Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 7:00 pm at the Municipal Building at 80 Water Street in the Borough.

New Salem Borough Council has authorized Mr. Rehab, Inc. to provide pipeline inspection, cleaning and televising of the entire Sewer Main System within the Borough.
The inspection will provide a detailed documentation of the condition of the Sewer Main as a baseline to determine future maintenance needs.
The work will begin the week of May 23, 2016 and continue for approximately two weeks. During that time there will be Mr. Rehab vehicles and personnel, as well as Spring Grove Borough vehicles and personnel, through out in the Borough along the public right of way for the Sewer Main. If the public right of way runs through your yard, expect Mr. Rehab to be there to televise and flush the sewer main. There will be no excavation and no one will need access to any home.
